    Close all doors and turn the ignition to ON/RUN without starting the engine.

    Fully press and release the accelerator and brake pedals at the same time (some years: accelerator alone). Hold about 2 seconds.

    Repeat for a total of 3 cycles within 10 seconds. Watch the cluster for the oil-life reset message or a flashing oil light.

    Wait a few seconds, then start the engine and confirm 100% oil life.
